Week 5
Week 5 has been the most exciting one yet, as we have experienced our first significant piece of publicity.
That publicity has provided us with the first chunk of sales and has been very helpful at confirming the need for the product. We are definitely on the right path. Our ad campaigns are performing, but have provided low conversion rates with our website turning out to be a non-converter, which will be addressed next week. I think it is too long and complicates the customer experience.
To top off the week we actually managed to get banned from Facebook Ads, despite having high-performing ads. The description is that it is considered as spam, but Facebook is not providing us with useful information that would help us identify the problem. Looking ahead, it will be important to move away from having ads with the traditional “dropshipping”-ads that easily comes of as spam.
